Counseling
High School Counseling Services
As High School is a time of making decisions concerning one’s
future, Le Jardin Academy is dedicated to assisting students in making well
informed, well researched, and thoughtful decisions. The High School Counseling
program supports this endeavor through assistance with academic, personal,
and social development.
Academic counseling includes monitoring academic progress, course planning,
and credit counts for graduation and college admissions requirements. Personal
counseling
includes individual counseling for social and emotional adjustment, as well
as conflict resolution. College counseling includes review of the college
admissions
process, college selection, and career exploration.
The college and personal/academic counselors are available to meet with students
through self-referral, or through teacher, administrator or parent referral.
Parents are invited to contact the counseling office anytime with their concerns
involving their student’s academic and social success.
