Diesel Fuel is the Answer
Diesel Fuel is a petroleum fuel that contains energy. At refineries,
crude oil is separated into different fuels including gasoline,
jet fuel, lubrication oil, and diesel. Heating oil and diesel
fuel are similar products. The main differences is between
the two fuel contains less sulfur then heating oil. About 7
gallons of diesel are produced from each 42 gallon barrel of
crude oil. Diesel fuel only is used in diesel fuel engines,
such as cars, tucks, boats, trains, buses, farming and construction
vehicles. When diesel fuel is used carbon dioxide is a byproduct.
Corbin dioxide is greenhouse gas. I think we should use more
diesel fuel vehicles. Here are some pros and cons.
• Gasoline
powered vehicles have a higher chance to flame up than diesel
powered vehicles.
• Diesel fuel contains between 18 and 30 percent more
energy per gallon than gasoline.
• Diesel also has a greater power density than other
fuels, so it packs more power per volume.
• Diesel powered cars get 20 - 40 percent better fuel
economy than gasoline powered cars.
