Constitution

For our skit, my group played the Legislative Branch of government. We worked really hard to make it funny and serious at the same time. The Legislative Branch makes laws and changes existing laws based on the constitution and the Bill of Rights. In our skit, we made a law stating that smoking is prohibited everywhere around the world. Also, we made another law that everybody (who can afford it and wants it) must get an electric car. I had a ton of fun creating our skit.

Governments around the World

During computer class, we had to research different governments around the world. The country I chose to research was Czechoslovakia. One thing I learned about it's government is that there are 81 members in the smaller house of representatives that serve 6 year terms. Some of the other governments around the world are Monarchy, Communism, Democracy, Fascism, and Republic.
