Eva, Julia, Aaron, Gabriel, Scott ,and I sang
a rap song about the Judicial Branch. First, we had to come
up with the lyrics.
If that was hard enough, we also had to come up with a tune.
We had many disagreements about the tune. Some wanted to have
no tune. Others wanted a tune. In the end, we decided to have
a very faint tune. I am so glad that I got to work with these
people.

In class, we had to write up a constitution for
our own country. We had one day in class, and the rest was
homework. The next day, we were to type it all up. Although
it was hard, I must admit, it was pretty fun making our own
rules.

Reflection
During the fun, and sometimes hard activities,
I learned that making your own country was very difficult.
When I see how much America has grown, it makes me realize
how much effort the people had to give to make this country
prosper. I had only written a short constitution, and they
had to write a very descriptive, and long constitution. I also
realized that they had to write it in a way that the country
would not "die" after a few years. Before this study,
I did not even care about Social Studies. Now I see it can
be a very
fascinating subject. although the constitution was interesting,
I liked the the three branches of government the best. It was
interesting to know what the three branches do.
