Airstream to Energy
Wind turbines are towering white structures
with three white blades. These machines harvest the winds kinetic
energy. Clusters of wind turbines, which are known as wind
farms, are placed in windy areas around the globe. The largest
wind farm is in Texas.
Wind power is efficient and helpful. It is more widespread than solar energy,
and it is still expanding. It is exceptionally cheap to build a wind turban for
its size and the material used to make it. If wind turbans were set up around
the world, there would be enough electricity to power the planet, including prisons
and hospitals. It takes an amazingly amount of time to create a superb amount
of energy.
You and I can help make the change from smelly, expensive materials such as fossil
fuel, to green, renewable energy such as wind and solar energy by learning more
about it. You can write to your state representative, asking him or her to build
a wind farm in your community. Tell people about wind energy and all its perks
in the hope that they will, in turn tell there friends about this revolutionary
technology.
