Waterfall Paradise

In this little space on a mountain near the peak,
The peaceful sound of rushing water fall beneath my feet,
Damp and moist yet rocky and relaxing,
Little drops of rain tremble down,
Birds are chirping in the wind,
Which makes you give a little grin,
The water is sparkling, sparkling sparkling,
As is the clearing all gleaming inside,
Why is it so peaceful in this paradise

Paperclip

You’re small and tiny yet muscular,
As you hold my papers in an orderly manner,
You shimmer in sunlight and glow in moonlight,
You’re sharp on two sides,
And you’re always used to sharpen minds,
You are bendy and stretchy,
You make many shapes,
As I allow myself to eat them grapes,
What am I?
A Paperclip!

Textbook Terror!!!

It’s massive in bulk, abundant as well,
So was its partner the math workbook,
That colossal textbook all dull and uninteresting,
Was much of a terror,
As I flipped through its pages on that freezing spring day,
On its cover solid colors,
And on its pages shimmering colors that shine in the day.

Green Turtle

My turtle is green and shiny,
With a strange sort of grimy skin,
Which shimmers in my mind,
Every time my skateboard gives a little grind,
It travels through time,
Which keeps me happy as lime,
When it communicates with me telepathically.

Holiday Animation

With my holiday animation you can see a Christmas tree decorating itself! Then some presents fall as Santa Claus passes over the roof. The presents fall slow and end up opening with coal! Someone has been a very naughty boy or girl this year. At the very end of my animation I have a secret message from me, Devin.

Pre-Revolution Doodle

In social studies Matthew, Chase, Alec and myself came up with our version of Yankee Doodle. While writing our song we tried to base it on certain events during the pre-revolutionary war in chronological order. We mixed in some funny lines to make the song even better.

 


Happiest Place On Earth

Roller coasters flashing lights
Children screaming, laughing, crying,
Asking can we stay longer, can we ride it again
Parents are worn and tired
Loud music and happy children having
fun, fun, fun
What an exciting place to be!
