Our Brains

In these pictures we are working on our brain games. We made brain games to help people learn more about the brain. We learned that the brain has 100 million brain cells and you can never gain more once you lose them.We put a lot of effort into our games so it could be good.

For our Brain Unit we went to Bishop Museum to learn more about the brain.We learned that the frontal lobe's function is emotions. I found out so much about the brain.

A Real Human Brain with Dr.Belnap

In this picture we got to touch real human brain.We saw all the lobes and the gray and white matter. She also showed us where the left and right hemispheres are and how the pituitary gland secretes hormones. It was a great experience.

Our class is studing rites of passage and for the end of the unit we are making a how to book. We made the book to help when you are growing up from adolescent to audulthood. The page I made is called Moving Up
