My Christmas Tree Animation

It took a while to make this animation but it was worth it to make a beautiful creation like this. First we had to make all the drawings, then we put it together in adobe photo shop and last we sent it to our parents by e-mail. I chose a Christmas tree for my animation because at the time we were drawing my family had just put up our tree and I loved the smell of it. It also reminded me of how I love Christmas Trees.

We Are The British

Hi there, were the British,
We asked you for some money.
But then you got all violent and crummy,
It's not funny!
We need money for the french that we fought, Then you had a stinking' boycott.
You colonists call it unjust,
But we consider it an absolute must.
You must be lucky you're not,
A silly Spaniard or a Frenchman!

Points of View on War

In class we were learning about the revolutionary war and Ms.Lee told us to pretend that we were Patriots or Loyalists. I was assigned as a Loyalist so me and my group came up with a song to show our point of view in the time of the Sugar Act and the Stamp Act. We showed them in front of the class once we were done. I learned how people must have felt those days.

The Ride

Standing steady against the brown rip
Anticipating the green wall of water
Listening to the burble in the rip get stronger
Feeling the sand against my legs rushing to sea
Here it comes
Jump up
Lifted on the wave of white foam
Flying on the water
Racing to shore
End of the ride
Sandy bottom
Sudden stop
Knees scraped
Alright! Do it Again!
