Adrian
Allan is the first principal of the high school and is also currently
the Headmaster of the whole school. Formerly a teacher of math, science
and English as a foreign language, a curriculum coordinator, International
Baccalaureate Coordinator, and secondary school principal, Mr. Allan brings
a wide range of experience to the position of high school principal. having
worked at St. Stephen's College in the UK, the Cayman Islands High School,
Belair High School in Jamaica, and three different schools in Finland,
he most recently came from the Stavanger American School in Norway. His
education includes B.S. degree in Psychology from Leeds University, a
Masters in Educational Leadership from University of Alabama, a PGCE in
Physics and Mathematics from Cambridge University. The Arts and Craft
of the Principalship certificate from Harvard University, and various
computer courses. Prior to joining Le Jardin Windward O'ahu Academy, Adrian
Allan had established a middle school, designed and developed long distance
learning for a network of schools, integrated international curricula,
and served on numerous accreditation teams.
